I removed the link to the list of Kinoton installations by country. The page is still live but the no longer functions (no installations are listed when you select the country). You can still retreive the lists by searching for the individual country's URL (ex., http://www.kinoton.de/en/references/countries/usa.html) on the Way Back Machine (https://archive.org/web/).
