Experimental film

Presenting experimental film requires the projectionist to expand their awareness of the medium just as much (if not more) than the viewer.

Prepping for programs of shorts (keeping careful track of "last image" and whether or not there's sound)
Awareness of the desires of the filmmaker: do they want a silent track played with sound? Are there notes on or in the can?
